Headhunted to lead a real estate team in London, Tolan discovered his love for the excitement of Europe. He became a trailblazer, spearheading luxury leisure projects across the Mediterranean, and venturing into emerging markets such as Russia, Slovakia, and Turkey. His companies soared to unprecedented success, amassing over $100 million in sales and expanding from three individuals to a powerhouse team of 750. Tolan's achievements attracted the attention of prestigious figures, allowing him to represent HRH Prince Albert of Monaco's Monte Carlo Luxury Spas in the Middle East.
